Dana n'a pas les best practise d'un guide, elle manque de formation. c'est très mauvais pour un guide de perdre ses voyageurs. Elle a besoin de beaucoup plus de formation. Elle n'a jamais compté le nombre de voyageurs que nous étions durant l'excursion, seulement à la montée dans le car. Elle marchait extrêmement vite. De nombreuses personnes n'arrivaient pas à la suivre. Sinon la visite du cimetière le soir est très émouvant. Très touchant. La ballade en barque sur les canaux est sympa, malheureusement les boissons et la nourriture proposées à la vente ne sont pas au…”

“Over 400 participants, very unorganized bus transport where we waited over 45 mins in line to board the bus. We insisted on being in the English speaking tours, but was forced to join a mainly Spanish speaking group making it very difficult to enjoy. Guides did their very best with the complicated logistics but the group of family/kids/couples kept to themselves and was not the fun party vibe that we were looking for. If you’re going to go, go with a large group of your friends or make sure you land with guides who can rally the group.”

“Nothing like described! The guide was a nice person who really tried but the activity had really nothing. The transportation was very unpleasant and the Mixquic had nothing. Just a cemetery, some info about the día de Los muertos festivities, free time to the food vendors (that are everywhere in Mexico City and you don’t need to travel 5 hours round trip to get to them) and that’s it. Overpriced for what it does (not) offer and basically waste of time.”
