“The trip was awesome until it was time to get dropped off. They left me in a busy intersection because of a lot of traffic. I was in the middle of no where. It was dark and late. I had trouble getting Uber, a taxi and public transportation. It was not running as usual because of street blockage. My husband had to come and get me in an Uber and just pick me up and wrap around and take us back to our hotel. When I reached out to company. “San Miguel & Guanajuato were good places to visit - nice vibe, good food, friendly locals. The sites were nothing extraordinary, but our tour guide Daniel did a great job explaining the history of both cities and was very knowledgeable and truthful. The only thing I didn't like was that Viator did not tell us we needed to pay for parking & admission ticket for the guide to museums. (It does mention we need to pay for our own lunch/admissions tickets) THis is why I took off 1 star.”
