“A wonderful experience and a must-do if visiting Mexico. Four and a half hour drive from Mexico City in an air-conditioned van with stops along the way to eat, stretch, change, and buy souvenirs. Our host, Danny, and driver Alfredo, were kind, knowledgeable and with us every step of the way. The water was warm and the sites were gorgeous. Would do it again and again”

“Seeing the pyramids and the remains of this ancient city was the best part. The driver did not introduce himself, nor did he tell us what to expect for the day or even how long the drive would take. Never asked the guests to introduce each other. Our guide at Teotijuaca did not introduce himself or give us an agenda. He gave us minimal information during the visit and answered questions when asked, but never made sure that everyone could hear. When we saw other guided groups we saw enthusiasm and engagement with the group. Not with ours. This is our first Viator excursion Nd it might be our last.”

“Wow! Taking a hot air balloon ride has been on our bucket list, and this did not disappoint. It is an early morning, but so worth it for the sunrise views. Everything felt (and was) very safe and the views were spectacular. The pyramid tour and rest of the trip were also great and our tour guide made sure we had all of the history.”

“There was really poor communication with the touring company called Bamba Experience. There was no pickup location listed. The phone they number listed would go straight to voicemail. It took 4 calls all day to Viator to clarify the pickup location. Eventually, I did get picked up and dropped off at the balloon vendor called Volare. But there was no directions from Bamba Experience on what to do from there. I had to ask around in mass confusion.The balloon ride was amazing, however. He picked us up at our hotel exactly when he said he would and the driver and him did a great job getting us to our destinations quickly. Miguel did a great job explaining what we were going to see and the history of each site before we got there so that we knew what to expect and what we were looking at.
