“Of course there is lots of excellent food but our guide Germán made the whole tour. He is from the neighbourhood and was clearly friends with the restaurants and cafes we visited. I felt the chef's gave a little extra to the dishes for him as he is so invested in the Polanco food scene. “This is a great experience, we had the luxury of doing our tour with Stephanie who is amazing at describing the various food from different regions of Mexico. She is knowledgeable with Mexico history and the ingredients to each terrific flavors you get to try and eat. All the dishes were delicious, very different than what you think Mexican food is all about (burritos, tacos, enchiladas). Your taste buds will be blown away by the 4th of 6th restaurants you try.
