“Very good ,Alex the guide was great. The pyramid was different and exotic not like all the others. The walk around Pueblo was interesting but don’t miss the cathedral. It’s wonderful and the best cathedral I’ve been to in the americas and frankly rivals if not surpasses the many I’ve been to in Europe. I was the only one in my group to sign up for lunch. The others made a mistake. The mole sauce was exceptional.”

A long but rewarding Puebla and Cholula day trip from Mexico City with hotel pickup, a bilingual guide, and major churches plus the Great Pyramid.

“The hotel pick up worked perfectly with both driver and guide eager to answer questions about things we saw along the way to the assembly point. The drive to Puebla was about 2+ hours each way and took us through a part of Mexico City we won't rush to but accentuated the sheer size and scope of one of the largest cities in the world. Once we left the valley, we drove on a highway that took us through pine forests and evidence of multiple wildland fires before dropping down into the Puebla area. The tour planned a rest break in both directions at the 80-90 minute mark - essential…”

“Loved this trip. The whole team was responsive and helpful. The tour was well planned. All the stops were interesting and I learned a lot from our guide Humberto. He was fantastic and he and our driver worked well as a team. Humberto gave guidance in Spanish and English seamlessly. He answered all our questions patiently and completely. He did a good job explaining stuff during the bus ride to Puebla. Be sure to sit up front if you want to catch every word. Overall, I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to spend some time in beautiful colonial Puebla and at the awesome Cholula.”

“This package was well put together on the whole I thought and covered as much as possible in that time. Be prepared for long days with a fair bit of travelling. All but one of my travelling companions each day were Spanish speakers but the bilingual guides ensured we got all the information during the tours on 3 out of the 4 tour days. On the half day I was the only English speaker and the guide struggled with limited English very apologetically and I struggled with limited Spanish. We did not seem to cover all that was indicated in the blurb and that day was a little disappointing especially…”
