“I was told that pick up time was 5:30pm then they told me 6:00 they also switched the pick up location twice . Upon arriving to the location the guide wasn’t there , she got there late . They made us wait in the car with no ac , the tour guide her english was horrible ( thats acceptable tho) but her organization skills were very poor . She had to count how many people she had in the van like 3 times . she was unprofessional and never apologized or kept us communicated of what was going on. i took two other tours through viator and the guides were…”
